Our names are Colin and Jessica Duggan and we are so proud of Kitchen Table! Omaha is where we are from and we always knew we’d move back home to start our own place-to work together and actually see each other once in a while : ). We had the awesome opportunity of living in San Francisco for 5 years, where we focused on eating so much great food and gathering the tools to do what we do now.
We serve the best food we can by working with local farmers and producers to get the best of what’s in season, which creates our ever-changing menu. Colin, my husband, bakes all the breads we serve in house to create all of our sandwiches. We offer our regular menu sandwiches as well as our sandwiches of the day – both of which include meatless options (since I, Jessica, don’t eat meat…but every once in a while dabble in a little fish). We also want to serve comfort food but with our own little twist, which is why we love our Deviled Eggs and Pimento Cheese.
Besides our all-day menu, we also offer a dinner of the night. Same theme for each night of the week, but with a best-of what’s in season spin. Friday is Pasta Night!
